Groovio has introduced precise ticketing options that allow studios to assign specific sections, rows, and seats when selling tickets for events or classes. This new functionality is designed to make ticketed events more organized, professional, and enjoyable for both studios and their students.

Each Section/Row/Seat combination is set up as its own variant of the ticket, so every ticket sold is for an exact seat, providing clarity and setting expectations before students even walk through the door. Note that students don't pick seats from an interactive seating chart — there is no seat map for students to choose from in the app or website.

When you set up the ticket product, every seat variant needs an SKU code. Click Fill All at the top of the SKU code column to fill them all in one go.

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend sharing a seating chart when setting up your event (for example, as one of the product photos). A clear seating chart helps students quickly understand where they’ll be sitting, reducing confusion and minimizing questions for your team on the day of the event.
