The Studio Profile is where you manage your studio's public-facing information and configure how core features work for your students. Changes here affect what students see in the app and how your studio operates.
Basic Information
Contact & Web
Phone Number — Your studio's contact number (7–15 digits).
Website — Your studio's website URL.
Instagram Link — Your studio's Instagram profile URL.
Facebook Link — Your studio's Facebook profile URL.
Studio Description
A description of your studio displayed to students in the app. Maximum 1,000 characters.
You can write this yourself or use the Gilly button to generate AI-powered description options. Gilly will produce a few versions for you to choose from based on a short prompt you provide.
Announcement
Post a message that appears to students in the app — useful for upcoming closures, events, or news.
Announcement Title — Maximum 50 characters.
Announcement Description — Maximum 1,000 characters.

Studio Brand Color
Select a color that represents your brand. This color is applied throughout the student-facing app.
Images & Media
Studio Logo
Upload your studio's main profile image. Recommended size: 200×200px. Supported formats: JPG, PNG.
Banner Images & Video
Add up to four banner images and one video to your studio profile. These are displayed prominently to students in the app.
Supported image formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC
Supported video formats: MP4, MOV, WEBM
Recommended image aspect ratio: 16:9 (e.g., 1280×720 or 1920×1080)
Maximum video file size: 100MB
When uploading images, a built-in cropper lets you adjust and frame the image to the correct ratio. One image or video must be marked as your primary banner.

Address
Enter your studio's address. The field uses address autocomplete to help you find the correct location. At least one address is required to save your profile.
Feature Settings
These toggles are grouped into sections at the bottom of the page. Most take effect immediately once saved.
Pricing & Capacity
Apply Tax Enables tax calculation on classes, memberships, and packages. When turned on, additional tax settings become available in Tax Management.
Apply Retail Tax Applies tax to retail product purchases separately from class-based services.
Class Capacity Visible to Students When enabled, students can see how many spots remain in a class before booking. When disabled, class capacity is hidden.
Restrict Duplicate Booking Prevents a student from booking two classes that overlap in time.
Child Booking Restriction Disables child account creation and prevents child accounts from booking classes.
PAR-Q (Medical Form)
PAR-Q Enables the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, which students must complete before or after booking. When turned on, you can also mark it as Mandatory.
Child PAR-Q The same form, applied specifically to child accounts. Can also be set as Mandatory.
Form appears Before / After payment Choose whether the PAR-Q is presented to the student before or after they complete payment. This setting applies to both the adult and child versions.
Questionnaire
Questionnaire Enables a custom intake questionnaire for students. When turned on, you can mark it as Mandatory.
Child Questionnaire The same questionnaire, applied specifically to child accounts. Can also be set as Mandatory.
Form appears Before / After payment Choose whether the questionnaire is presented before or after payment. Applies to both adult and child versions.
Retail Orders
Auto Accept — Retail Orders Automatically confirms retail product orders without requiring manual review.
Allow Pay Upon Pickup Lets students place a retail order and pay when they collect it, rather than paying online at checkout.
SMS Notifications
These options send automated SMS messages to students. Each SMS sent uses credits from your SMS balance.
Service Booking SMS Sends an SMS confirmation to students when they book a service.
Waitlist Spot SMS Sends an SMS to a student when a spot on a waitlist becomes available for them.
Wallet Preference
Prioritise wallet balance for auto payments When enabled, a student's wallet balance will be used first when an automatic payment is processed (such as a membership renewal), before charging their card.
You can exclude specific students from this behavior using the Excluded Students field, which appears when the toggle is turned on. Search for and select any students who should always be charged directly rather than from their wallet.
Connecting Stripe
To accept payments and appear on the student app, you must connect a Stripe account. Click Stripe Connect in the top right of the Studio Profile page to begin. Once connected, the button will display Stripe Account Connected.
Your studio also needs at least one class scheduled before students can discover and book your offerings in the app.
Connecting Xero
If your studio uses Xero for accounting, click Xero Connect to link your account. Once connected, you'll have access to additional settings including bank selection. You can disconnect Xero at any time from the same menu.
Saving Changes
All updates on the Studio Profile page are applied when you click Save Changes. This button is available at both the top and bottom of the page.
