The Studio Profile settings in Groovio, located under Account > Studio Profile, enables you to manage key details and settings for your studio. This section allows you to customize your studio’s online presence and adjust feature settings to match your operational preferences.
Editing Studio Profile Details
In the Studio Profile view, you can edit the following information:

Studio Profile Image: Add or update your studio’s main profile image.
Studio Profile Banner Image: Customize the banner displayed on your profile.

Studio Brand Color: Select a color to represent your brand.

Feature Toggles
The Studio Profile page also includes options to enable or disable various features:
Chat Email Notification: Enable notifications for chat messages via email.
Apply Tax: Add tax to studio services.
Class Capacity Visible to Students: Allow students to see available class capacity if enabled, otherwise they wont be able to.
PAR-Q: Enable the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for students.
Questionnaire: Toggle the questionnaire feature for new students.
Auto Accept - Retail Orders: Automatically accept retail orders.
Apply Retail Tax: Include retail tax on product purchases.
Allow Pay Upon Pickup: Let students pay for retail items upon pickup.
Connecting Your Stripe Account
To make your studio visible on the app, you must connect your Stripe account and schedule at least one class. Connecting Stripe allows secure, convenient transactions for your studio, and having a scheduled class ensures students can see and book your offerings.
