Using the Studio Activity Log

The Studio Activity Log in Groovio, located under Groovio > Studio Activity Log, provides a detailed view of your studio’s financial transactions. With multiple filtering options, this log makes it easy to review and manage payments for classes, memberships, products, and other services.

Filtering Transactions

The Activity Log includes several filters to help you narrow down the view based on specific criteria:

  • Activity Type: Filter by the type of activity.

    • Options: All, Class, Membership, Package, Product, Service, Wallet.

  • Payment Status: Filter transactions by their payment status.

    • Options: Failed, Processing, Refunded, Success.

  • Payment Mode: Select transactions based on payment method.

    • Options: Online, Manual.

  • Date Range: Use Start Date and End Date to define the period you wish to review.

Viewing Transactions

After applying filters, the Studio Activity Log displays a list of transactions with the following details:

  • Name of Student: The student involved in the transaction.

  • Activity Type: Type of purchase or service (e.g., Membership, Class).

  • Amount: Total amount for the transaction.

  • Payment Status: Status of the payment (e.g., Success, Failed).

  • Payment Mode: Method used for payment (Online or Manual).

  • Requested By: The individual who initiated the transaction.

Viewing Transaction Details

For more detailed information, select the View action next to a transaction. This opens a detailed transaction summary, showing:

  • Name of the Student

  • Name of the Activity: (e.g., Product name for retail, membership type for membership).

  • Date: Date of the transaction.

  • Amount: Total transaction amount.

  • Amount Received from Student: Amount paid by the student.

  • Payment Method: Method used for the transaction.

  • Payment Status

  • Transaction ID: Unique ID for the transaction.

  • Requested By: Person who requested the transaction.

  • Order Number: Applicable for retail transactions.

  • Branch Name: Applicable for retail transactions.

  • Tracking Status: Shows a list of status updates and dates (for retail transactions).

The Studio Activity Log in Groovio provides a streamlined way to track and review your studio’s financial transactions, helping to ensure accurate financial management.
