You can now create optional waivers and policies for your students, such as a Photo Release Waiver. When a student signs the waiver, an emoji (📷) can appear next to their name in class bookings, making it easy to see who has given consent.

Step 1: Navigate to Waivers & Policies

  1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Go to Admin Settings > Waivers & Policies.

  3. Click Add New Waiver/Policy.

Step 2: Create the Photography Waiver

  1. Name the Waiver – e.g., Photo Release.

  2. Enter the Content – write the text students will read before signing (e.g., “I consent to photos being taken and used for marketing purposes”).

  3. Enable Finger Signature Required (all waivers require a signature).

Step 3: Make the Waiver Optional

  1. Toggle the waiver to Optional.

  2. Choose an Emoji that will display next to the student’s name in bookings.

    • Example: 📷 for photography waivers.

Step 4: Save and Assign

  1. Click Save.

  2. The waiver will now be available for students.

  3. Once signed, the 📷 emoji will appear next to their name on class bookings.

Tips

  • Keep the waiver clear and concise so students understand what they are agreeing to.

  • If you create multiple optional waivers, use different emojis to make them easy to distinguish.

  • You can view who has signed by checking the student’s profile > Waivers & Agreements.

✅ With these steps, your studio can easily manage optional waivers like a photography release, while keeping consent visible and organized.
