Sending an SMS to a Single Student

Studios and staff can send an SMS directly to an individual student from their profile page or the main student list. This is useful for one-on-one communication, such as confirming a booking, sending a personalized reminder, or sharing important updates.

How to Send an SMS

  1. Open the Student’s Profile

    • Go to Manage Studio > Students and either:

      • Click on the student’s name to open their profile page, or

      • Stay on the student list and use the quick action options.

  2. Access the Chat Menu

    • On the student’s profile page (or in the student list row), locate the Chat dropdown menu.

  3. Select SMS

    • From the dropdown, click SMS.

  4. Compose and Send Your Message

    • Type the message content in the text box.

    • Review your message for accuracy and click Send.

  • Consent Required: SMS can only be sent to students who have opted in to receive text messages, ensuring compliance with communication regulations.

  • Use Cases: Perfect for individual updates like scheduling changes, class reminders, or personal follow-ups.
