Studios and staff can send an SMS directly to an individual student from their profile page or the main student list. This is useful for one-on-one communication, such as confirming a booking, sending a personalized reminder, or sharing important updates.
How to Send an SMS
Open the Student’s Profile
Go to Manage Studio > Students and either:
Click on the student’s name to open their profile page, or
Stay on the student list and use the quick action options.
Access the Chat Menu
On the student’s profile page (or in the student list row), locate the Chat dropdown menu.
Select SMS
From the dropdown, click SMS.
Compose and Send Your Message
Type the message content in the text box.
Review your message for accuracy and click Send.

Consent Required: SMS can only be sent to students who have opted in to receive text messages, ensuring compliance with communication regulations.
