Why isn’t my studio visible in the mobile app?

To make your studio visible in the mobile app, ensure the following steps are completed:

  1. Connect Your Stripe Account: Go to the Studio Profile page and confirm that your Stripe account is correctly connected.

  2. Add Classes, Packages, Memberships, or Services: Your studio will only appear in the app if it has at least one of the following:

  • A scheduled class

  • A created package

  • A membership option

  • A service offering

Once these requirements are met, your studio should be visible to students in the app.
