Staff member not receiving password email

If a staff member isn’t receiving their password email, ask them to check their spam or junk folders. They can also search for an email from no-reply@groovio.com.au in their inbox.

If they're still having trouble, verify that their email address is correct in the system, as sometimes small typos can prevent delivery.
