Account Creation Troubleshooting

If a student is experiencing issues creating an account, try these steps:

Not Receiving OTP Code

  1. Ask the student to check their junk or spam folders for the email.

  2. Have them search their inbox for emails from no-reply@groovio.com.au.

  3. Note: The OTP may still be accepted even a few seconds after the 1-minute mark.

These steps should help resolve common account creation issues and ensure a smooth onboarding process.If a student is having issues creating an account go through the following steps to try and resolve.

If a students account was created by the studio, for them to log in all they need to do is provide their email at the login screen, and they will be sent an OTP code to authenticate like normal.
