What Happens When a Class is Auto Cancelled?

When the auto-cancel feature is enabled, drop-in classes are automatically cancelled if minimum attendance is not met within the set timeframe before class start.

Refunds are automatically applied: payments go back to the student's wallet, and credits are returned to applicable packages and memberships.

Cancelled classes are removed from the schedule, with email notifications sent to instructors and email and push notifications sent to enrolled students. To view a cancelled class, you can view the schedule log book from the schedule page and then click on the class.

The student list can be viewed from clicking the class on the schedule log as mentioned above.
