Growi now allows brands & agencies to create referral programs where creators can earn based on their performance or a one-time fixed fee. Brands & agencies can also manually assign referrals if a creator forgets to use their link. Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1: Navigate to the Referral Program Settings
Log in to your Growi dashboard.
Go to Marketing on the sidebar.
Click Referrals to open the setup page.
Step 2: Enable Referrals for Your Campaigns
Locate the campaign you want to enable referrals for.
Check the Enable Referrals box.
Choose how you want to reward creators:
Percentage-based commission (Creators earn a percentage of sales or payouts).
Fixed fee per payout (Creators earn a set amount per referral).
Click Update to save your settings.
📌 You can enable referrals for multiple campaigns at once!
Step 3: Track and Manage Referrals
Click on the Referrals tab at the top of the page.
Here, you’ll see all referred creators, the campaigns they’re in, their earnings, and the referrer’s reward.
📌 If a creator didn’t use their referral link, you can manually assign referrals!
Step 4: Manually Assign Referrals
If a creator forgot to use their referral link, you can manually assign the referral:
Click Manually assign referrals in the top right.
In the pop-up, select:
The campaign
The creator being referred
The referrer (who brought them in)
The payouts to attribute
Click Assign Referral to confirm.
