This article presents an overview of the Guest directory, explaining what it is, where it is located, and how it works.

About the Guest directory

Located in Concierge, the Guest directory features Info cards which guests can access to learn important information about your property, such as its Check-in & Check-out times, Parking and Swimming Pool, and Resort Map.

Guests can access your property’s Guest directory by scanning a QR code, which we recommend placing in bedrooms and common areas of your property, with their mobile device.

With the Guest directory, you can not only increase the security and efficiency of your property, but also decrease the time it takes to update your property’s information.

💡Note:

  • Info cards can also be used to provide more information about your property’s Additional services. (Learn more: Additional services.)

Types of Info cards

💡To add a new Info card to your property’s Guest directory, go to Directory > Info cards. Learn more: Adding a new card to your directory.

There are five types of Info cards available in your Guest directory:

  • Short text

  • Subpage

  • Image

  • Video

  • Link

Preview your Guest directory

Because it is accessed using a QR code, guests will most likely view your Guest directory on a mobile device.

To preview it from the perspective of someone using a mobile device, follow the steps below.

  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser, go to Directory > Open directory.

  2. Right click anywhere on the webpage, and click Inspect to open the developer tools.

  3. Click on the Toggle device toolbar button (the second icon from the top left).

  4. The screen will change to a mobile device perspective — you can adjust the dimensions, if you like.

  5. To return to the normal desktop mode, click on the Toggle device toolbar button again.
