Adding a new card to your Directory

Learn how to add a new Info card to your property’s Guest directory.

💡 Important to know

  • Your property’s Guest directory is located within your Concierge. Your property’s Guest directory is a digital directory, which consists of Info cards containing information about your property.

  • To add a new Info card to your property’s Guest directory, go to Directory > Info cards.

  • To preview your Guest directory, go to Directory > Open directory.

Add a new Info card

To add a new Info card to your property’s Guest directory, go to Directory > Info cards > click the Add button > select a template under Select from the template gallery, or click the add button to create a custom new Info card.

To create a custom new Info card, click add, then in the General info tab, fill out the following details:

  • Name — the name of your info card.

  • Type — choose the type of info card you want to create:

  • Short text

  • Subpage

  • Image

  • Video

  • Link

  • Description — enter the Info card’s description.

  • Select an image — upload an image, if applicable.

  • Icon — the icon will be used when an image is not present. To choose an icon, click Change icon.

Segments

In the Segments tab, you can configure whether the Info card should be shown to all guests or only specific guests.

The segmentation options vary (such as Language, Adults, and Nights), depending on your channel(s) and integration.

Advanced settings

In the Advanced tab, you can determine when a Info card should be shown to a guest by configuring the following settings:

  • On which days of the week is this available? — tick the relevant boxes if the Info card should only be visible on certain days of week.

  • Set the dates during which the info card should be active — select an Active from date and an Active to date if the Info card should only be visible during a certain date range (Leave the date range blank if the Info card should always be visible.)

  • Visible — tick Pre-stay if the Info card should only be shown prior to a guest’s arrival, or tick During-stay if the Info card should only be shown during a guest’s stay (tick both if applicable).

💡Note:

  • Go to Directory > Info cards to drag and drop an Info card to rearrange the order they will display on your Guest directory.

  • The Info cardType cannot be changed once the Info card has been created. If you have selected the wrong card Type, you will need to delete the current Info card and create a new Info card.
