If you are a Pro license holder, you'll have access to a feature called Live Captioning. It transcribes the audio live, while a session is in its recording process. To activate this feature, start a new Session Recording by pressing the Record button on the dashboard.
Once you are in the recording screen, click Start Recording on the audio toolbar (it's the button on the far right).
The Start Live Captioning button is located at the bottom of the Live Caption panel and it will activate once the recording is in progress. If the recording hasn't started yet, you won't be able to click that button.

Once you're done, you can click the Stop live captioning button to end the live captions.
