Every week, Habitify helps you reflect on your journey by sending a detailed report of your accomplishments from the previous week. This email is automatically sent on the first day of your new week and provides valuable insights into your consistency and progress.
Let's break down each section of the email so you know exactly what you're looking at.
The Overall Completion Rate
At the top of the email, you'll find a percentage of the overall completion rate. It's the average of the completion rates of your individual habits. The formula is:
(Sum of completion rates of all habits) / (Number of habits)
Note: This calculation only includes the daily and weekly habits that appear in the "Based on Completion Rate" section further down in the email.
Achievement and Progress of Active Habits
This section gives you a visual breakdown of your performance for each active habit from the last week. The visualization changes depending on your habit's goal:
For Daily Habits: You will see the total progress you logged (e.g., total minutes run, total pages read) and a block map of 7 squares, representing each day of the week and how much you completed on that day.
For Weekly Habits: You will see your total logged progress versus your weekly goal (e.g., 5/7 days exercised) and a progress stripe that visually represents how close you were to hitting your target.
For Monthly Habits: Similar to weekly habits, you'll see your total logged progress for the week versus your overall monthly goal, along with a progress stripe showing your contribution to that larger goal.
Note:
For habits with goal per week or per month, in case you change the goal in the middle of the week, the report will calculate based on the new goal to represent the completion on the progress bar
The "Based on Completion Rate" Section
This final section provides a more detailed, percentage-based analysis of your daily and weekly habits. Monthly habits will not appear in this section.
For each habit listed, you will see two key pieces of information: Completion Rate and Achievement Value.
Completion Rate (%)
The blue percentage number is the success rate for each specific habit last week.
For Daily Habits: This percentage is calculated by the number of days you completed the habit, divided by 7.
Formula:
(Sum of completion rate of each day / 7)
For Weekly Habits: This percentage is calculated by the total amount you logged, divided by your weekly goal.
Formula:
(Total logged value / Goal per week) * 100%
Specific Achievement Value
This information lying under habits name. It shows the raw numbers behind your completion rate.
For Daily Habits: It displays the number of completed days and the total value you logged (e.g., "3/7 days, 4500 ml").
For Weekly Habits: It displays the total value you logged versus your goal for the week (e.g., "50/60 minutes").
