If you are looking at Habitify's product page on the App Store and scrolling down to the "In-App Purchases" section, you might notice something confusing: the same subscription plan name (e.g., "Habitify Premium" or "Pro Annual") listed multiple times with different prices.
We understand this can be confusing, so here is a quick explanation of why this happens and where to find the correct pricing for your account.
The Reason
When you see multiple prices for the same plan, you are seeing a mix of Legacy Prices (old pricing tiers) and our Official Current Prices.
Over the years, as Habitify has grown and added new features, our subscription pricing has occasionally been updated. However, the App Store's system automatically displays a historical list of all active price tiers that exist in our system.
Because we keep these older price tiers active for our long-term users (who are grandfathered into the price they originally signed up with), Apple displays them publicly on the App Store page. Apple does not currently allow developers to hide these legacy prices from the App Store page.
Can I Purchase the Legacy Price?
Unfortunately, no. The legacy prices listed on the App Store are strictly for existing, grandfathered users whose subscriptions are renewing. They are not available for new purchases.
⚠️ Important Warning:
We strongly advise against attempting to select and purchase a legacy tier directly from the App Store if it is not officially offered to you inside the Habitify app. This is not supported.
If you attempt to purchase an outdated legacy plan, our system will not recognize the transaction, and your premium membership will fail to activate. You will then have to go through Apple Support to request a refund, which can take several days.
Where to Find the Correct, Official Price
To ensure you are seeing the accurate, up-to-date pricing available for your specific account, we recommend checking the prices directly inside the app or through your Apple ID settings.
Here are the two best ways to see your actual pricing options:
Option 1: Inside the Habitify App (Recommended)
The most accurate place to view the current pricing available to you is directly inside the app.
Open Habitify.
Navigate to the Upgrade tab.
The prices displayed here are the official, current prices for your region.
Option 2: Through Your iOS Settings
If you want to view all currently available plans directly through Apple's subscription manager:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on your Name/Apple ID Profile at the very top.
Tap on Subscriptions.
Select Habitify from your list of active or expired subscriptions.
Tap See All Plans to view the accurate upgrade or downgrade options available to you.
