Time Filter
First, in the overview, you can see the view filter, which shows the information on which month or year you're currently viewing.
The Current Streak
Right below the time filter is the streak, which shows the current streak you accomplished with your habit.
For a habit with goal per day, streak is counted on daily basic, and it is the number of continuos days you complete the goal of your habit.
Similarly, for the habits with goal per week, per month, or per year, it will be the number of continuous weeks/months/years you complete your goal.
See details on tracking a monthly and weekly habit here:
Progress Bar to End Condition
If your habit is set with an End Condition, a progress bar to track the journey until the ultimate goal will appear in this Single progress view of your habit.
With this Progress Bar, you can see how long have you achieved and how long you have still to strive for until your big goal, closely and visually.
Progress Break-Down
The grid report provides the details of your progress, where you can see the specific numbers reported on your achievement and development.
There are 4 index numbers:
Success: displays the number of days you achieved your habit goal.
Failed: shows the number of days you marked as failed for the habit.
Skipped: indicates the number of days you marked as skipped for the habit.
Total: reflects the total amount or number of times you have completed the habit, with the unit aligned to your goal's unit (e.g., minutes).
Under each significant number, you can compare your achievement from the previous range ( ex, this month compared to the last month, this year compared to the prior year).
How “Success” is calculated?
If your habit is a daily habit, it will be the number of days you complete your goal.
If your habit is a weekly habit, once you complete the goal of a week, it will be counted as 7 days of success.
If your habit is a monthly habit, once you complete this month's goal, it will be the total days of the month.
View in Calendar
The calendar visually represents your habit progress in the month. Each day is marked with different symbols based on the status you check on your habit on that day:
A solid colored circle: you succeed achieving your goal.
An incomplete circle: you make some progress but do not complete the goal
An right-headed arrow: you mark your habit as skipped
A black cross: you mark your habit as failed.
For goal per week/month/year, as long as you log a progress log, the date is marked with solid colored circle, regardless of the log's value.
You can change the time range from a month to a year to view your progress throughout the year.
Streaks Board
The Streaks board will show you the most longest streaks that you have with your habit.
Trending with the Column Chart
The column chart gives you a powerful visual of your habit performance over time.
At the bottom of the chart, you can switch between Day, Week, Month, or Year. This lets you see your progress from a daily snapshot to a long-term trend.
When you select a time period, you'll see:
Your Performance Trend: Each column shows your total achievement for that period (for example, each day of the week or each month of the year).
Exact Details: Tap and hold any column to see the specific number you achieved for that single period.
Your Average: The chart also calculates your average achievement per period since you started the habit.
You will also see a red dashed line on the chart. This line represents the goal you set for your habit. It’s a simple way to instantly see how you’re doing.
For example, if your goal is to walk 2,000 meters a day, the red line on the daily chart will be at 2,000 m. This allows you to quickly check which days you met or exceeded your goal.
The Consistency Rate
For your daily good habits, you will find a powerful metric called the Consistency Index. This score goes beyond a simple streak to give you a more nuanced view of your performance over a selected period (30, 60, 90, or 180 days).
While a streak is an all-or-nothing measure, the Consistency Index rewards effort and resilience. It shows you that even if you break a streak, you can still maintain a high level of consistency. It's a more forgiving and realistic way to look at your long-term journey of self-improvement.
How is Consistency Calculated
The Consistency Index is a sophisticated metric that looks at your performance trend over time. It's calculated in three layers:
Layer 1: The Daily Value (Your Score for a Single Day)
First, the app calculates your completion rate for each individual day:
Completed: 100%
Skipped or Failed: 0%
Partially Completed:
(Total amount you logged / Your daily goal) * 100%
Layer 2: The Daily Consistency (A Rolling Average)
For any given day on the chart, its "Daily Consistency" score is the average of all the Daily Values over the past 30 days (or 60, 90, 180) ending on that specific day. This creates a "rolling average" that shows your performance trend over time.
Layer 3: The Overall Consistency (The Final Score)
The main number you see is your Overall Consistency. This is the average of all the "Daily Consistency" scores (from Layer 2) over the entire selected period. It gives you a single, smoothed-out number that represents your general consistency trend.
To make this clear, let's use a simple 3-day period for a habit.
Day 1: You complete the habit.
Daily Value: 100%
Daily Consistency for Day 1: 100% (the average of the last 3 days, but only Day 1 exists)
Day 2: You complete half the goal.
Daily Value: 50%
Daily Consistency for Day 2: (100% [Day 1] + 50% [Day 2]) / 2 = 75%
Day 3: You fail the habit.
Daily Value: 0%
Daily Consistency for Day 3: (100% [Day 1] + 50% [Day 2] + 0% [Day 3]) / 3 = 50%
The Final Calculation: Your Overall Consistency for this 3-day period would be the average of the Daily Consistency scores: (100% + 75% + 50%) / 3 = 75%
What's NOT Included in the Calculation
To ensure your score is fair and accurate, some days are intentionally excluded from all calculations. Your Consistency score will not count:
Days in "Off Mode": Any days you have scheduled as time off are completely ignored.
Non-Scheduled Days: Any days where the habit was not set to repeat (e.g., your scheduled rest days).
This means all averages are calculated based only on the days the habit was active.
Understanding the Comparison Dashed Line
Within the Consistency chart, you will see a dashed line. This line represents your past performance, allowing you to easily see if your current consistency trend is better or worse than before.
The comparison period changes based on the date range you select:
When viewing the last 30 days, the dashed line shows your average from the previous 60 days.
When viewing the last 60 days, the dashed line shows your average from the previous 120 days.
When viewing the last 90 days, the dashed line shows your average from the previous 180 days.
You can determine if your consistency is trending up or down by looking at two key things in the chart: the solid line and its relationship to the dashed line.
1. Look at the Solid Line vs. the Dashed Line
The dashed line represents your historical average. Think of it as your baseline. The solid line represents your current consistency trend. The comparison between them tells you the main story.
Trending up: If the solid line is consistently ABOVE the dashed line, it means your recent performance is better than your past average. You are becoming more consistent.
Trending down: If the solid line is consistently BELOW the dashed line, it means your recent performance is not as good as your past average.
Staying stable: If the solid line is hovering closely around the dashed line, it means your current consistency is similar to your historical performance.
2. Look at the Direction of the Solid Line
You can also see your short-term trend by looking at the direction of the solid line as it moves from left to right across the chart.
If the line is generally moving upwards, your consistency is improving within the current period.
If the line is generally moving downwards, your consistency is declining within the current period.
In summary: For the big picture, see if your solid line is above or below the dashed line. For the day-to-day trend, watch the direction the solid line is heading.
