We are excited to announce three highly requested updates to the RAMS Analytics dashboard: division filtering, exports, and access for division admins.
Together, these updates make it easier to see the status of your RAMS and signatures, and to share that information with the people who need it.
Filter your dashboard by division
The new division filter lets you focus the dashboard on the data that's relevant to you:
View signature and approval statuses for a single division, several divisions together, or the whole account
If you're responsible for multiple divisions, compare how they're performing in seconds
Your selection is saved, so the dashboard opens just how you left it
Use the filter on the top-right of the dashboard page.
Dashboard access for division admins
Previously, the analytics dashboard was only available to account admins and owners. Division admins now have access too, and will see their own divisions' data.
Export your data
You can now export data directly from the dashboard. Click into any chart to open the detailed view, then export it as a CSV.
This makes it easy to:
Send a list of outstanding signatures to the people who need to act on them
Share progress with managers and clients who don't have dashboard access
Prepare the information you need for audits in minutes
Access the RAMS Analytics Dashboard in the top-left division dropdown.
