What's included in this article

What information is included in the report

The CSV will capture the following information (dependant on the features switched on for your account):

  • Project name

  • Project status

  • Project reference

  • When the project was last updated

  • Whom it was last updated by

  • When the project was created

  • Whom it was created by

  • Whether the project was created as a duplicate

  • Version number

The CSV will include all projects in the division your are exporting from (unless you do a specific search as outlined below).

Depedning on your features, your export might also include:

  • Approval status

  • Review due date

  • Assigned reviewer

  • Whether the risk assessments in the project are up-to-date

What's included depends on the features in your plan.

Exporting entire library vs specific projects

You have two options for which information to export

  1. Exporting all projects in a division

  2. Only projects displayed in your search results

Exporting all projects in a division

Go to your Project Dashboard, then click the button above your most recent project labelled 'Export'.

This will start exporting the information for all the projects created in that division.

You can continue working on HandsHQ whilst the CSV is being generated. When the export is ready, you will receive an email on the address attached to your log-in details.

Click on the email link, and you will be redirected to your HandsHQ account (if you have logged out, you will need to log back in), and the download should begin automatically.

Exporting specific projects based on your search results

You may want a CSV for projects relating to specific types of work or clients.

So in these circumstances, use HandsHQ's search function to narrow down the relevant projects before clicking the option to export.

You can search by:

  • Project name

  • Refrence number

  • Client name

For example, we can look only for projects that reference 'electrical'.

When the search results have been generated, follow the same process outlined above for exporting the CSV and receiving the link to the file via email.
