You can add or change your business logo in your HANDS HQ account. This logo will appear on the top of your RAMS documents. You can delete and change your logo at any point.
Logo specifications
Basics:
JPG, GiF, PNG format
Max size (3MB)
Advanced:
For the highest quality logo please follow our advanced specifications
The recommended image file type is jpg
Use raw image file type before exporting as jpg uses a lossy algorithm
The dpi should be set between 300 and 600 dpi
The export settings should be set to its highest quality
The resample technique should be set to Bicubic sharper
The image width should not be greater than 816px
How to upload your logo
Login to your HANDS HQ account and click Settings
Scroll down to LOGO
Click Upload logo
If you already have a logo, scroll down to 'delete logo' to see how to delete your existing logo
Select the company logo from your computer
Once it is uploaded, you will be able to see a preview of your logo
Click Save to save the logo to your account. This logo will now appear at the top of all your RAMS documents
(To make the new logo appear on an existing project, please click on the respective project, go to 'Edit project details', and immediately click 'Save and Exit' to re-generate the PDF. You can now Preview or Download the project PDF with the new logo included)
Delete logo
To delete your old logo, click Delete logo
Click Yes, delete logo
You can now upload your new logo as shown above under 'How to upload your logo'
