You can add a description of activity in the first box of the method statement section: 'Description of activity'.

If you are unable to see this, this may be because ‘General’ is not ticked under the Risk Assessment section. You will therefore need to go back to the Risk Assessment section of the project and ensure ‘General’ is ticked at the top, and then save changes.

Once this has been done, you will then be able to see the ‘Description of activity’ box in the method statement section.
