Content Editing allows you to add and alter the sequences of operations already in your library, to make them as well-suited as possible to the work you do.

Go to a Category's sequence of operations whilst in the Content (or Risk Register) section of your account. (For guidance on how to navigate the Content Page please see: How to manage your contact library)

From the Sequence of Operations Tab you can make these changes:

  • Reorder the Tasks or the Sub-tasks within a task

  • Edit the text of the Tasks and Sub-tasks

  • Delete specific Tasks or Sub-tasks from your Content Library

Reordering Tasks/Sub-tasks:

  • This can be done in the same way as when you are creating a Project

  • Simply hover your cursor over the space just to the left of the Task or sub-task to reveal 8 stacked dots

  • Click and drag on these 8 dots to move the text to the position you want it

  • *Please note* - You cannot move Sub-tasks outside of the Task it is already under.

  • If you wish to move a Sub-task to another Task, you will have to delete it and create a new Sub-task under your preferred Task.

Editing Tasks/Sub-tasks:

To edit the title of a Task:

  • Hover over the text with your cursor so that a dotted line appears beneath the text

  • Then click on the text itself to reveal a textbox

  • Edit the text in the textbox

  • Click on 'Update'

To edit the content in a Sub-Task

  • Expand the relevant Task - click on the ^ or any white area on that row

  • Find the task you want to edit

  • Hover over the text with your cursor so that a dotted line appears beneath the text

  • Then click on the text itself to reveal a textbox

  • Edit the content and click on 'Update'

Delete specific Tasks or Sub-tasks from your Content Library:

  • You can delete a Task or Sub-task from your Content Library by simply clicking on the dustbin icon on the right-hand side
