Example use cases

RAMS

  • Project PDF generated on HandsHQ β†’ URL sent to Sharepoint

Training Register

    • You can sync name, email, role and line manager information between HandsHQ and other places where you store employee information, e.g. Monday.com, or Google Sheets

    • Archive personnel when they leave the business and remove their records in

See the training status outside of HandsHQ

  • The overall summary of someone's training profile (up to date, expiring soon, and expired/missing) can be synchronised with another system so that you can keep your information all in one place
