The beginning of 2022 has been a very busy time for the HandsHQ team and we are very excited to share the latest product updates with you!
Recently, we did the following updates in Training Register:
In order to use these features, you need to have an active Training Register subscription.
Custom course expiry
We have also released custom expiry reminders for courses to help you choose when you want to be notified about the upcoming expiry date of each course.
Previously, the first reminder that someone's training course is about to expire was always sent 60 days in advance. Now, this can be customised for each course individually in the Course Register.
This also affects when the training status indicator shifts from green to amber (expiring soon).
So if you need more or less than 60 days' notice, you can now change this!
Training Register API
We launched Training Register API to help you easily integrate Training Register with third-party software via Zapier, PowerAutomate and OpenAPI.
This helps you keep track of everything without having to update information across multiple systems. It also significantly speeds up onboarding!
Now you can:
Sync personnel records in other systems (Salesforce, monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics and many others) with Training Register when adding or updating them;
Sync training status of personnel so that you can easily tell if are they qualified to be enrolled onto an upcoming job.
Training matrix download
We introduced more flexibility to the training matrix download so that you can select the data you want to export in a few clicks:
Download the training matrix for both primary and secondary divisions;
Choose to include either employees, subcontractors, or both.
eLearning certificates CPD verification
HandsHQ is now a CPD Member. This means eLearning course certificates are now verified by the CPD service (Continual Professional Development), giving further credibility and verification when you share your certificates with clients.
New iHASCO courses added
Every month we update our iHASCO eLearning course library as new courses are released. With 140 courses already, there is a wide variety of courses and we keep expanding on this.
Recent additions include:

Disability awareness and inclusion
Gender identity and expression
Competition Law

In the upcoming months we are looking to introduce an amazing set of features for both our products - RAMS and Training Register: Set project review dates, improved RAMS API, single sign-on, and profile photos for personnel and users.
