Easily import your personnel records from the system where you currently store it (e.g. Salesforce or Excel). Currently support the following fields (first name, last name, email and line manager / company roles (via ids))

Sync personnel records in other systems with TR when updating/archiving/deleting them and vice versa

Don’t want to spend time updating personnel records in multiple places? Keep records in all systems up-to-date when a change is made to one of them.

Record training in Training register (without evidence)

Once your employees finished training, you can send this data to Training Register and their training records will be automatically added to their profiles.

You had to change the phone number of one of the employees in HandsHQ - this information is updated in Salesforce as well.

You archived an employee on Monday.com - this employee is automatically archived in TR as well.

Sync training status of personnel from HandsHQ to other systems every time it changes. Easily see if your personnel’s training in up-to-date and if they are qualified to do the job you want to book them on.

You can see training status of a specific personnel in your CRM system.

You want to have a flag on your job management system when someone's status changes.

HandsHQ uses API tokens to allow access to the API. You can find your API token in Settings > API

If you cannot see this, please contact your dedicated account manager or customer support to turn on the API for you
