2. How can I view the activity summary of the schedule?

.

3. How can I use tags to filter the visibility of the sessions I've created?
Including tags in your sessions allows you to segment and control the visibility of your sessions, showing only those that correspond to clients with the assigned tag in the platform.
👇Important: You must first create the tag in the clients section and assign it to the relevant clients. Once done, you'll be able to use these tags in the sessions you've created.
3.1 Session Configuration with Tags
Within the session, you will need to select:
Now, you must add the tags that the session should have. Remember, clients who have this tag in their profile will be able to see the session without the need to add them manually.
You have two options to adjust session visibility using tags:
1. All Tags: The client will only be able to see the session if they meet all the tags assigned to that session. For example, they must have both the "pilates" and "morning" tags for the session to be visible.
2.Some Tags: The client can view the session if they meet at least one of the assigned tags. For example, if the client has the "pilates" tag, the session will be visible even if they don't meet other tags like "morning."
👇Example
I run a Pilates and Yoga center and offer both morning and afternoon sessions. I have a specific group of clients who have only purchased passes for pilates sessions and can only attend during the "morning" hours, from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
I want these clients to only see the available Pilates sessions within the morning time slot, so they can sign up accordingly. To do this, I will assign the tags: Pilates and morning to their client profiles.
For the pilates sessions I’ve created in the morning schedule, I will add the tags: Pilates and morning. This way, I save time, and my clients only see the information for sessions that are available to them.
4.How to Manage Sessions from the Dashboard
In the "Scheduled" section of the sessions tab, you will find key metrics for tracking your sessions. Additionally, you can filter the results based on your preferred dates.
5. Appointment schedule
Unlike sessions, which can be available to multiple clients at once, appointments are specific time slots reserved exclusively for a single client. When booking an appointment, the client will have dedicated, personalized time, ensuring the space is not shared with other users.
Create a schedule: First, you need to set a schedule that defines the time slots during which you will be available, so your clients can book their individual sessions.
1.Define the time range for booking an appointment:
1.1. Select the duration of your appointments:
After setting the duration, you will need to establish your weekly availability during which it will be possible to schedule appointments with you.
1.2 Set your available hours.
Delete availability: To remove availability from a time slot, click on the trash icon.
1.3 Add extra time before or after a session: Setting aside time before or after each appointment can be very useful for efficiently managing the transition between sessions, giving you time to review prior information or properly wrap up the appointment before your next session.
1.4 Set visibility for clients
For all clients
Clients with tags
1.5 Redeemable through session packs
Yes: This means your client will need to purchase or have vouchers in order to book an appointment.
No: No vouchers are required to book an appointment.
6. Main differences between sessions and appointments:
🎫 Sessions:
These are scheduled or booked meetings set by the professional (online or in-person).
They are typically group-based.
You can set a limit on the number of participants.
You can manually add clients.
Example: Training sessions, yoga, group classes, etc.
🎟️ Appointments:
These represent the time slots available for the professional. These slots indicate when the service is available, but they don't necessarily include a scheduled appointment until a client books one.
They are dedicated spaces for a single client.
Example: Individual follow-up appointment, personal consultation, monitoring, and control.
