Although we do not display the information directly in Hauler Hero as to when an account was created and by whom, we do track this information within our reporting softwares. Here is how to access that information.
From the Reporting button in Hauler Hero -
Go to REPORTING
Select Customer Management
Accounts
In the displayed listed of accounts, scroll to the right to see the Created At column
To filter by a specific account, use the filter options at the top to enter an account number, Account name, address, etc.
