Although we do not display the information directly in Hauler Hero as to when an account was created and by whom, we do track this information within our reporting softwares. Here is how to access that information.
From your Looker Dashboard -
(this report comes standard with your Looker Dashboard)
Go to ACCOUNTS (left hand side menu)
Select a date range at the top
The NEW ACCOUNTS section will update based on the date range
Below the Charts & Graphs you will see a list of all your accounts. You can add filters by billing profile, Active or Deactivated, Suspended or not, Created by. The last column is the account creation date. This information is exportable by selecting the 3 dots on the right and select export.
From your Metabase -
If not already saved in your collection, we recommend referring to the 'Account - Created, Updated User and Timestamp' report in Default Reports. You can save this to your collection if you choose. With this report you can filter by date for Account Created At. The report is defaulted to show only active accounts and you can also see if an account is suspended as well.
