If you have an account (customer) who needs to reset their password, follow these steps:

If you customer cannot remember their password, please direct them to the login page for the portal. Select SIGN IN WITH EMAIL

They will be prompted to enter their email address and select NEXT

Select TROUBLE SIGNING IN?

This will send the customer a recovery link to reset the password.

The password reset can also be initiated from the customer profile in Hauler Hero.

Passwords are encrypted information and Hauler Hero does not have access to view and or edit passwords
