There is currently no option within the payment processor to manually change the bank account for payouts. To update the bank account, follow these steps -
From your Fiserv / CardPointe account, select the SUPPORT button in the upper right corner. Select Create Ticket.
Confirm 'Location' and select BANK ACCOUNT CHANGE for reason.
Ensure that the person completing the ticket is the signer of the account and make sure to complete the full form including old routing/account numbers
