What you can see (Who + When)
Depending on where you look, you can typically find:
Who created the account (user name + login email, or system source)
When it was created (date + timestamp)
Who last updated the account and when (available in reporting)
Who deactivated the account and when (same paths as creation details)
Option 1: Customer Profile → Activity Tab (Most Detailed)
Where to find it
What to look for
The account creation details will be the oldest / very first logged activity.
You’ll see:
User’s name
User’s login email
Date and timestamp of the customer creation event
Expanding for full context (Details dropdown)
If you expand the activity entry’s details dropdown, you’ll see the full activity recorded for that user’s changes to the account. Examples may include:
Billing address updates
Contact information updates
Change of billing profile from the default
Important note: The expanded view shows only what that specific user added/changed on the account.
Deactivation details (same steps)
To see who deactivated an account, follow the same steps in the Activity tab and look for the deactivation event.
Option 2: Reporting → Accounts Report (Best for Summary + “Last Updated”)
Where to find it
Go to Reporting
Select Customer Management
Open Accounts (Accounts Report)
What you’ll see in this report
This report includes (but not limited to):
When the account was created and by whom
Last account update date/time and who last modified the account
Deactivation details (same steps)
The same report can also be used to identify who deactivated the account, using the deactivation fields/events shown in the report.
Interpreting “Created By” Values (Imports + Integrations)
Sometimes the “Created By” field isn’t a person—it’s a system indicator.
batch@haulerhero.com (no reply email)

If the value is null and you need more detail, please contact Hauler Hero Support for further investigation.
Quick Recommendation
Use Customer Profile → Activity when you want the most detailed timeline and “what changed” context.
Use Reporting → Accounts when you want a high-level audit view, including last updated + last modified by.
