When to Log
Log additional collections anytime you pick up:
Extra bags
Tires
Bulk items
Furniture / mattresses / appliances
Anything beyond the customer’s normal service
How to Log Extras
Open the Work Order.
Tap Add Disposal Ticket.
Select an extra collection item (set up by your office).
Enter the quantity.
Submit.
That’s it — the extra charge is added to the work order and sent to the office for billing.
Important
Choose the correct item and quantity.
If you make a mistake, notify the office.
If the work order is already invoiced, the office will handle the billing update — still log the item.
