OPTION 1:
Start by setting up your bill profiles
Next you're going to create your pricing for each period.
Fox example, your customers are all on Residential Weekly Pickup. The total cost of the Residential Weekly Pickup is $75. In order to avoid having to adjust pricing every time a service is assigned to a customer, we recommend building duplicates services with the pricing specific to that period.
A monthly payee, would have a Residential Weekly pickup, with a saved price of $75. A Bi Monthly, would have a saved price of $150 ($75x2) and a Quarterly customer would have a price of $225 ($75 x3).
How it will look when you go to add a service to a customer:
OPTION 2:
The second option is to have only one service saved and to manually adjust the charge for the service depending on the Pricing Period the customer is assigned to.
Select the service, and move to the schedule button
The price for the service will default to the monthly rate. You will want to multiple this rate to match the billing period and update before saving.
Although both options are available, we do not recommend the second option, as it is quite easy to miss that the price does not match the billing cycle and your customer will be undercharged when the invoice is created.
