Select the blue button in the upper right corner - the icon looks like a silhouette and plus sign

You will be prompted to select if you wish to search by phone number first or create a new customer

(if you select search by phone number and there is not match, you can build the customer profile immediately after returning search results)

Start by adding the basic details of the customer. Customer Name (this could also be referred to as Account Name) - you can add the customers contact information in this screen as well. If the address you are entering is not the billing address, make sure to toggle the lower toggle off.

You can drag the pin to the exact location of the can / pickup if this is the service address being entered.

After you select Create, you will be taken to the account details page.

The account will default to the Default Billing Profile. If this account needs to be associated with a different profile, this can easily be changed.
