Invoice Status

Once you have emailed a customer their invoice, you can easily check if the email has successfully been:

  • Processed

  • Delivered

  • Opened

  • Clicked


To view the status:

  1. Once in the customer profile, click into the 'Billing' tab

2. Locate the invoice and click the small carrot arrow to the bottom right corner of the invoice block

3. Select the 'Email' tab
