Invoice Creation
Statuses can be found in bulk invoice creation, invoice groups & customer account details.
After selecting your Customer Billing Profile and Billing Period, as the invoices start to populate, the generation status of the invoice will display in default on the Invoices page.
As you refresh the page, the status of the invoice(s) will update.

WHEN TO CONTACT SUPPORT -
GENERATING STATUS WILL NOT UPDATE:
If you are working on a batch of invoices and the status is displayed as generating, we understand this can be like sitting on Pins & Needles waiting for an update, however we promise with a bit of patience the status will update quickly. If you notice that after you've refreshed the page and some time has passed (please wait a minimum of 2 hours to ensure all invoices in that batch have caught up), if you can please select those invoices and regenerate, this should trigger the system to immediately update the status.
If you have waited the 2 hours, regenerated and the invoices are still displayed as Generating, please contact Support, Your Customer Success Manager or Your Implementation Manager to request our Engineering team review what is causing the hold up.
FAILED STATUS:
Due to the lengthy code (and gibberish to the non Engineering eye) that is returned behind the scenes for Failed to generate invoices, we are unable to display this error reason within the system. Please feel free to regenerate the invoice and if that does not update from failed, please contact Support, Your Customer Success Manager or Your Implementation Manager to request our Engineering team review what is causing the failed generation.
