Your customers can now use the same email for multiple accounts. You will need to assist your customers in setting this up. You will need to send them an invitation from each profile to their email if they wish to have the same login for every account. Hauler Hero allows customers to link multiple accounts by setting up unique invitations from each account and using a shared password created during the initial setup. This process ensures seamless access to all associated accounts.
Pre-requisites
Before proceeding, ensure the following:
Access the customer login page for the account you wish to link, not the hauler portal.
Confirm the customer login displays your company's logo. If you see the Hauler Hero logo or a message like "Not a Hauler Hero Customer?", you are on the wrong portal.

After entering email and password, they will be prompted to select which account they are accessing.
Step-by-Step Instructions (Part 1)
Reset Password on the Original Account: Start by resetting the password on the first account linked to your email.
Request Invitations from Additional Accounts: Request an account invitation email from each additional account you want to link.
Step-by-Step Instructions (Part 2)
Open Invitation Links and Sign In: Open the invitation link from each account and sign in using the same email and password set during the original account setup.
Duplicate the Process for Each Account: Repeat the invitation and login process for all accounts you want to access with the same email.
Verify Linked Accounts: Check that all accounts are accessible with the shared email and password combination.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Issue: "I Can Only See One Account After Logging In"
Confirm that invitations were sent for all additional accounts using the same email.
Open invitation links for these accounts and log in with the shared password established during initial setup.
Repeat this process for all remaining accounts to complete the linking.
Once the customer is logged into their account, they will have the option to toggle between accounts without having to log out. Select the initials in the upper right hand corner and select the account to access from the drop down.
