Updated over 3 weeks ago

The Publish button is used to publish a page.

Only after publishing are all changes visible to users. At the same time, each publication creates a new revision.

A page must be published at least once before it can be linked.

If the Publish button is not highlighted in blue, all changes are already published and the page is live.

How publishing works

  1. Open the page in headful.

  2. Click Publish.

  3. The page is published.

  4. All changes are visible and a revision is created.
