Group versions

Group versions allow you to provide different content for different target groups on the same page.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Using the button creates a new group version based on the current page.

The existing version is not overwritten. Instead, multiple versions of the same page exist in parallel. These group versions are visible and selectable both in the page overview and at the top of the editor.

Group versions control which content different users see on the same URL.

If two users with different group assignments access the same page, each will see the version defined for their group.

How group versions work

  1. Open the desired page in headful.

  2. Click New group version.

  3. Choose one of the options:

  4. Optional: Enable Copy all components from the current page version.

  5. Click Confirm.
