Athena Status from Health Note
Purpose: Athena will show Patient status changes as shown below for the various stages before Health Note is completed.
Step 1:
When a patient has been sent a questionnaire via text or email but the patient has not yet opened the link the status shows Health Note: Sent
Step 2:
When the patient has opened the link started filling out the questionnaire either on their phone or in the Kiosk the status shows as Health Note: In Progress
Step 3: Optional
In the case of an optional pre-screening survey, such as for COVID19, the status will display a special message like Health Note: COVID-19 Risk
The status message in this case will relate to the screening type and can also include attributes like the symptoms the patient is experiencing as well.
In such a case the patient will be requested to contact staff for assistance.
Athena Status (When Health Note is NOT Completed before Kiosk)
Purpose: Athena will show Patient status changes as shown below for patients that did not complete Health Note prior to using the Kiosk
Step 1:
For the patient who has not completed Health Note prior to using the Kiosk their Athena Status shows the visit type they have scheduled.
Step 2:
Once a patient who has not completed Health Note before using the Kiosk completes login, typically by entering their DOB, their Athena status is PATIENT ARRIVED
Step 3:
Athena status will change once more, after the patient completes the chatbot questionnaire, to READY FOR PROVIDER
Athena Status (When Health Note is Completed before Kiosk)
Purpose: Athena will show Patient status changes as shown below for patients that completed Health Note prior to using the Kiosk
Step 1:
The Athena status for a patient before arrival but having completed Health Note will be HEALTH NOTE COMPLETED
Step 2:
After the patient who had completed Health Note goes through login, typically just by entering their DOB, their Athena status will be READY FOR PROVIDER
