How do I change my payment details?

Why you might need to add payment details, how to change them, and how to remove them.

You will be prompted to add your payment details when you place an order if:

  • You pay for your prescriptions

  • You are purchasing an OTC product

  • Your pharmacy charges for delivery

You can change your payment method, by following the below steps:

  1. Go to the ‘Profile’ tab in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

  2. Select ‘Payment Methods’

  3. Click ‘Add payment method’ and enter your card details

  4. Click ‘Save’

In order to remove a payment method, you will need to:

  1. Go to the ‘Profile’ tab in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

  2. Select ‘Payment Methods’

  3. Click ‘Remove’ under the payment method you would like to remove

  4. You will then be asked for confirmation you would like to remove this card

Please note, you will only be charged for your order once it has been marked as ready by the pharmacy.
