Track all enrollments, regardless of where they're submitted

Track all enrollments in one place

We offer integrated enrollment for many carriers, but not all carriers.

For those carriers who don't have integrated enrollment, we've made it easy to enroll on their sites and track those external enrollments in your HealthSherpa CRM.

This gives you a complete view of your book of business in one place, whether enrollments are completed directly through our platform or via external carrier sites. This helps you:

  • Track all Medicare enrollments in a single system

  • Access enrollment history quickly when needed

  • Eliminate the need for separate tracking spreadsheets


How it works

When you're shopping for plans, if you click the "Enroll" button for a carrier that doesn't have integrated enrollment, you'll see a version of this page:

Click the blue redirect button to be taken to the carrier's site to complete the enrollment. We list the chosen plan's name and ID here – this is for your reference as you go to the carrier's site, where you'll find the chosen plan and enroll.

Upon clicking the blue redirect button, a partially filled enrollment record will be automatically created on the Contact's Profile in the CRM, like this:


This pulls the effective date, premium, plan type, and plan ID in automatically.

Once you've finished submitting the enrollment on the external carrier site, press "Edit" to complete the rest of this enrollment record:

From here you can:

  • Change the status from "Redirect started" to "Submitted"

  • Add the submitted date

  • Add the confirmation number (this is important for your record keeping)

Which will update the enrollment record to look like this:

With that your external enrollment record is complete, allowing you to maintain comprehensive records across all contacts and carriers, regardless of where the enrollment was submitted.
