New:
Humana has required that we (and other broker platforms) can no longer display certain plan year 2026 plans that Humana has chosen to suppress.
For Plan Year 2026, this is all of their Part Ds and some of their MA & MAPDs.
For Plan Year 2027, they may choose to suppress more or fewer plans – their announcement on this is pending. See below for their 2026 announcement.
On Nov 9, 2025, Humana suppressed broker enrollment for all Part D plans.
Scope of suppression
This change applies across all broker enrollment platforms – not just HealthSherpa. It also includes Humana’s own broker portal. The only sites where Humana Part D plans can still be enrolled are Medicare.gov and the consumer flow on Humana.com, but neither allows an NPN to be attached.
Remaining commissionable Part D
The only remaining commissionable Part D options are from HealthSpring (Cigna) and certain regional Blues, including Florida Blue.
