This integration syncs your contact data from GoGuruX to HealthSherpa, and syncs enrollment + contact data from HealthSherpa back to GoGuruX when you submit an enrollment – eliminating dual data entry across your quoting & enrollment workflow.
Setup
Note: This integration is for GoGuruX, not their legacy product GoGuru.Pro
Using GoGuru.Pro? Since that's built on top of GoHighLevel, you'll need to integrate according to our GoHighLevel integration guide
Prerequisites: An active GoGuruX account with access to the location you're configuring, and administrator permissions for location-wide integrations, or profile access for user-level connections.
In GoGuruX, configure this integration from Settings → Integrations.
Locate the HealthSherpa Medicare card. Enable the integration for your location if it is not already on.
Click the Connect button (bottom right) and complete HealthSherpa Medicare OAuth with your agent credentials. Verify the connection badge shows Connected on the integration card.
Click the manage button and copy the Webhook URL:
Go to your HealthSherpa Medicare account > Integrations > Add webhook. Paste the GoGuruX URL and set Authentication to None, then Save the webhook.
(Optional) Press the Test button on the saved webhook to send a sample "Test Person" Contact back to your GoGuruX account.
Your integration is now complete!
To try it out, open any Contact in GoGuruX, and click the Policies tab:
Click HealthSherpa and Shop plans on HealthSherpa Medicare – this will open the quote for this person, and either create or update their record on HealthSherpa, to match what you have on GoGuruX.
And when you submit an enrollment, the contact and policy data with automatically populates back to GoGuruX
