Displaying your own primary number when making calls ensures that your contacts—especially clients—recognize your business instantly, helping you maintain trust and professionalism. Here’s how to enable this feature in the M1 app:

1️⃣ Open the M1 App and Access Settings

• Launch the M1 app on your device.

• Tap the Settings icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

2️⃣ Navigate to Caller Identity

• In the Settings menu, select Caller Identity.

3️⃣ Enable Caller Identity

• Tap Enable to activate the feature that displays your primary number when making calls.

4️⃣ Complete the Verification Process

Answer the automated call from M1.

• When prompted, enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm your identity and activate the feature.

🎉 You’re all set! Now your primary number will display when making calls.

📌 Troubleshooting Caller ID Issues

If you’re experiencing issues enabling Caller ID, try the following solutions:

🔹 Missed the Verification Call?

If you missed the automated verification call:

  1. Quit and relaunch the M1 app.

  2. Repeat the Caller ID setup process from step 1.

🔹 Call Forwarding Conflict

If Call Forwarding is enabled, it may interfere with Caller ID setup. Try the following:

  1. Disable Call Forwarding in both M1 and your carrier settings.

  2. Quit and relaunch the your M1 app.

  3. Enable Caller ID again in the M1 app.

  4. Once Caller ID is successfully enabled, you can re-enable Call Forwarding if needed.

🔹 Still Having Trouble?

If you’ve tried these steps and Caller ID still isn’t working, please reach out to our Support Team through the M1 app chat for further assistance.
