Common Reasons You Can’t Find a Creator
1. Not Enough Followers
Instagram or TikTok: Must have at least 5,000 followers
YouTube: Must have at least 1,000 subscribers
2. Private Account
The creator’s profile must be public.
Private or restricted profiles are not indexed.
3. Low Posting Activity
Must have published at least 2 posts on the platform.
4. Recent Changes or Delays
If a creator just recently became eligible or changed their handle, it may take time for the data to sync with Heepsy’s system.
What to do instead
If you still want to work with that creator, you can manually add them to your list:
Use the “Add Creator” button from:
Search;
Inside a list;
The left-side navigation.
Enter their username or profile link.
Click on Request button.
