After receiving a new collaboration proposal, you have the ability to contact the creator and negotiate via the Inbox section.

Once you've started a conversation with a creator you'll be able to respond new messages via the chat inside the Inbox section or your email inbox indistinctly.

At the top of the chat, you can access the creator's profile by clicking on their name. Additionally, you can access the Make a payment button from there.

It's important to note that using the Make a payment button is optional, especially if you have already agreed upon a fixed fee with the creator.

If you want to proceed with the creator's payment through Heepsy you will be asked to pay the initial amount selected by the collaborator in their proposal. If you've agreed upon a new rate for the collaborator, you will be able to adjust the value to be paid after clicking on the Pay button.
