How do I customize the checkout page?

Atlas does not control or manage your Shopify checkout. Checkout settings are managed entirely by Shopify, and all customizations must be made directly through your Shopify admin.

That said, we can still show you where to make changes if you want to customize your checkout experience.

How to edit your checkout:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin

  2. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner

  3. Select Checkout from the settings menu

Here you can update:

  • Checkout layout and style (logo, background, accent colors)

  • Customer account and contact preferences

  • Shipping methods and rates

  • Order processing rules

  • Tipping, custom fields, and more

Want to customize the design?

If you're on Shopify Plus, you can edit the actual checkout layout and code using the checkout.liquid file. Otherwise, you can:

  • Add your logo

  • Change colors and font

  • Show order summary by default

  • Customize your thank you page text

Tip:If something looks off or is missing during checkout, it’s almost always a Shopify setting — not something caused by the Atlas theme.
