Check the Atlas Bundler block first. Bundles render through an app block that has to be added to your product template, and if it is missing, your offers are invisible no matter how correctly the bundle is configured. Open your Atlas dashboard and look at the Theme extensions card: Atlas Bundler should show Added.
In this article:
Step 1: Check the block
On your dashboard, find the Theme extensions card.
What it shows | What to do |
| Move to step 2 |
| Select |
Your discounts are not affected by this. The discount behind a bundle is created when you save the bundle and is live on your store regardless. What is missing is the visible offer block, not the offer itself.
⚠️ Pressing Save in the theme editor is the step most often missed. Opening the editor stages the block; saving is what applies it.
Step 2: Check the block is on the right template
Many stores have more than one product template, and the block only works on the template it was added to.
In your Shopify admin, open Products and select a product that should show the bundle.
Look at Theme template in the right-hand column.
If it is not the template you added the block to, open that template in the theme editor and add the block there too.
ℹ️ Any product template can carry the block, including the product pages Atlas generates. The only rule is that each template needs the block added to it. Add to theme opens your standard product template, so a second template is easy to overlook.
Step 3: Check the bundle is active
Open the bundle in Atlas. The status should read Bundle is active, not Bundle is draft.
A draft bundle shows nothing to customers and creates no discounts. If it is a draft, select Make bundle active and then Publish Bundle.
Also confirm it saved. Look for Bundle saved successfully! rather than Error saving bundle.
Step 4: Check the product is targeted
Open the bundle's Settings tab and look at Product selection.
Setting | Check |
| Should cover everything |
| Confirm the product is genuinely in one of those collections in Shopify |
| Confirm the product is in the list |
Collection membership is the usual surprise. A product you think is in a collection may not be, particularly with automated collections whose conditions the product no longer matches.
Step 5: Check the product is published
Every product in a bundle must be published to the Online Store sales channel.
Open the product in Shopify.
Find Sales channels in the right-hand column.
Confirm Online Store is included.
If it is not, the bundle would have been refused at publish time with {Product title} is not published in the Online Store. Fix the channel, then publish the bundle again.
Step 6: Rule out caching
Open the product page in a private or incognito window.
Try a different browser, or your phone on mobile data.
Clear the cache in any performance app you run on your store.
Shopify serves storefront pages through a CDN, so a change can take a few minutes to reach everyone.
If it shows for you but not for customers
This almost always means the block is on a theme that is not live.
In Shopify, go to Online Store, then Themes, and note which theme is published.
Confirm you added the Atlas Bundler block to that theme.
If you added it to a duplicate or a development theme, add it to the published one as well.
Still not showing
Start a chat from the bubble in the bottom right of Atlas, or email support@helloatlas.io. Either way, include:
your store URL
the product URL where the bundle should appear
the bundle name
the name of your live theme
a screenshot of the Theme extensions card
ℹ️ If the offers are missing but the discount is still applying at checkout, that confirms the bundle is correct and only the block is missing. If neither works, see Why aren't my bundle discounts applying at checkout?
