If the dashboard says Added but some products show no bundle, the block is on one product template and those products use a different one. The Atlas Bundler is an app block, placed on a specific template, unlike the two Atlas app embeds which apply across the whole theme. Add it to every product template your bundled products use.
In this article:
Step 1: Find out which template the product uses
In your Shopify admin, go to Products and open a product that is missing its bundle.
Look at Theme template in the right-hand column.
Note the name. If it is not your default product template, that is your answer.
Repeat for a product where the bundle does appear. The two will use different templates, which confirms the diagnosis.
💡 To see all of them at once, go to Products, add the Theme template column to your list view if available, and sort by it. That tells you exactly how many templates you need to cover.
Step 2: Add the block to that template
Go to Online Store, then Themes, and select Customize.
Use the template selector at the top and choose the product template you identified.
Select Add block in the main product section.
Under Apps, choose
Atlas Bundler.Drag it into position.
Select Save.
Repeat for every product template your bundled products use.
Step 3: Check the block's position
A block that exists but sits at the very bottom of a long page is effectively missing, because nobody scrolls that far.
Place it directly above the add to cart button. Customers should see the offers before deciding how many to buy.
Also check it is not inside a collapsible section, a tab or an accordion. A block inside a container that starts closed may not initialise until the container opens, particularly on mobile.
If the card says Not added
Then the block is not on any product template, and the fix is the standard one.
Select Add to theme on the Theme extensions card. The theme editor opens on your product template with the block staged. Position it and press Save.
If the block will not add at all
Two likely causes.
Your theme does not support app blocks on the product template. Older themes and some custom themes do not. Check whether Add block offers an Apps category at all. If it does not, the theme is the problem. See Choosing a theme that works well with Atlas.
Your theme is at Shopify's block limit. If you cannot add any block, not just this one, you have hit the 300-block cap. See "Your theme has reached Shopify's 300-block limit".
Which template Add to theme opens
Add to theme opens one product template for you, preferring your standard product template over any alternative.
It does this deliberately. Opening an alternate template would stage the block where almost no products would see it, which looks like success and behaves like failure. The standard template is right for most stores.
ℹ️ This is about which template the shortcut opens, not which templates are supported. The block works on any product template, including the product pages Atlas generates. Add it to as many as you need.
ℹ️ The Theme extensions card shows Added as soon as the block is on any product template. It cannot tell you whether that is the template your bundled products use, which is why this article exists.

your store URL
a product URL where the bundle is missing
a product URL where it works, if you have one
