A setting called Display variant's image as main product image when selected is doing this, and it is on for your bundle. When a customer picks a variant inside the bundle block, Atlas replaces your theme's main product image with that variant's image. Turn it off on the bundle's Settings tab if you do not want it.

Why the setting exists
When a customer selects a colour inside the bundle, showing that colour in the main product image is usually what they expect. Without it, someone picking green sees a red product photo, which is worse.
It becomes a problem when:
Your main image is a lifestyle or composite shot rather than a plain product photo, and the variant images are plain
Your variant images are lower quality than your main image
Your theme already handles variant image switching, so the two fight
Your main image carries text or badges the variant images do not
💡 If your theme already switches images when a variant is selected, turn the Atlas setting off. Two systems changing the same image is where the visible glitching comes from.
The related setting that changes your price
Two nearby settings also reach outside the bundle block and into your theme, and they cause the same kind of surprise:

If your product page price changes as customers click between bundle offers, Update theme product price is why. Both are on the same Settings tab and both can be turned off.
ℹ️ These settings exist so the page stays consistent: an offer showing $54 for three units next to a theme price of $24 is confusing. Turn them off only if the effect is worse than the inconsistency.
If the image still changes
Confirm you published. Changing the setting is not enough on its own. Select
Publish Bundle.Clear caches. Check in a private window, and clear any performance app's cache.
Check your theme's own behaviour. Turn the bundle off entirely for a moment and see whether the image still changes on variant selection. If it does, your theme is doing it and the fix is in your theme.
Check for another app. Variant image swappers and product page apps can do the same thing.
If the image is wrong rather than changing
If the image shown is the wrong product entirely, the cause is usually different.
Check whether the page is built on a theme template with images hardcoded into the layout. Atlas filters those templates out of its own list for exactly this reason, but a page already built on one will carry the original product's images.
