Atlas Bundles Upsell Discount is the one Shopify automatic discount Atlas uses to apply your bundle offers, free gifts and upsells at checkout. Atlas creates it the first time you publish a bundle with Active status. It is normal to see it in your Shopify discounts, it covers all of your bundles, and you do not need to set it up or edit it.

What the discount does
When a customer's cart matches one of your active bundle offers, Shopify gives them the bundle price through this discount. Every active bundle on your store runs through the same discount, so adding bundles or offers does not add discounts to your Shopify admin.
The discount is set to combine with your other product, order and shipping discounts. Whether a discount code also applies on top of a bundle depends on that code's own combination settings in Shopify.
Some stores also have a second discount called Atlas Free Shipping Discount, used for free shipping gifts.
Where you see it
In your Shopify admin, go to Discounts. Atlas Bundles Upsell Discount appears in the list as an automatic discount created by the Atlas app.
💡 Leave its settings as Atlas set them. Your bundle offers, prices and products are managed in Atlas, not in this discount.
What happens if you turn it off or delete it
If you deactivate it, every bundle discount stops at checkout, while your bundles still show their prices on your product pages. Customers then see one price on the page and pay another at checkout. To switch it back on, open an active bundle in Atlas and select Publish Bundle. Publishing an active bundle, or starting an A/B test on one, switches the same discount back on.
If you delete it, no bundle discount applies until you next publish an active bundle in Atlas, which creates it again.
Saving a draft, deleting a bundle or ending an A/B test leaves the discount as it is, so a discount you switched off on purpose stays off until you next publish an active bundle.
A discount you do not recognise on an order
If an order shows a discount you did not expect, check its name in the order:
Atlas Bundles Upsell Discountmeans the cart matched one of your active bundle offers. This works from your active bundles rather than from the block on the page, so a cart that matches an active offer gets the discount even if the bundle block is not showing on that product page.Any other name came from another app or from a discount you created in Shopify. Atlas only creates the discounts named above.
